I'm an avid reader and find myself reading mostly murder mystery with a hint of romance. When I came across this series I was intrigued. So I decided to give them a read. Now, I've read my fair share of horror novels, dark mysteries, psychological thrillers, etc. Books don't scare me. This series shook me to my core. The content is dark, horrifying, and keeps you on the edge of the chair. I won't go into plots for fear of spoilers. But the character development is extraordinary! Had me on the edge of my seat the entire time. I could not turn the pages fast enough. I hated to get to the end of these books!
The second book was great. I may even like it more than the first. The ending did surprise me! Last book was good as well.

Another absolute winner! I could not turn the pages faster! Monica is one crazy b%*!#! The final book in this trilogy is an awesome, heart stopping thriller! The only thing I didn't like was that it had to come to an end! Jeff Menapace, you rock!

I have just finished this book, and I seriously could not put it down! This book is an edge of your seat thriller.I found myself rushing through the pages wanting to know what would happen next. Then, once i read the last page and got that sad feeling you get when you just finished an amazing book...(The what can i read now that will compare to this feeling.) I turn the page and see Vengeful Games book 2. I am thrilled, I pop over to , purchase the second book, and like lightening, I have it on my tablet.I settle back in for another great read.I am currently about one quarter into this book and it is promising to be every bit as good as the first. I highly recommend these books. They hold your attention, are very well written and a great price.
